Community Engagement
Community Engagement supports adults with disabilities to take part in activities and experiences in the community. Individuals can choose activities that interest them, practice everyday skills, and connect with others. Support is provided in a small group.
Community Coaching
Community Coaching provides individualized, one-to-one support. A coach helps an individual practice skills and work toward personal goals during community activities and everyday routines. This may include making choices, communicating, using money, or taking part in activities with greater independence.
